Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, please call the office to see if we are "in-network" providers with your insurance.

Are you accepting new patients with medicaid?

Yes, please fill out our "WV Medicaid Scheduling Form" under the "Resources" tab and we will contact you to schedule when an appointment becomes available. There is limited availability for patients 21+.

What age do you start seeing patients?

We begin seeing patients around age 4-5 when they are entering school age, but we encourage you to bring them along to get them used to the dental environment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for a 24 hour notice to allow our administrative team time to reserve that time for another patient, however, to avoid a missed appointment and a possible missed appointment fee you are required to give a 2 hour notice. All patients are subject to possible dismissal with 3 or more missed appointment in 12 consecutive months.
